Man Alive set a new standard for fashion retailers when they opened the doors of our first store in 1969. Located in Benton Harbor, Michigan, the store gave shoppers an unforgettable experience with pink shag carpet, a pink vintage cash register, and funky music bumping from the store's speakers.
In 1969, shoppers demanded brand name denim, and Man Alive delivered by filling each shelf with designer jeans in every fit, finish and size.
